By: The Working Man

Protexall is a working man's clothing manufacturer that began in
1889 and was trademarked in 1916. Protexall is headquartered in
Central Illinois (Galesburg, IL), specializing in uniforms and
specialty corporate clothing with corporate logos, and provides
quality clothing and quick delivery. Protexall is an
international selling company that is still based in the United
States; they are one of the last family-owned union-shop clothing
makers in the United States.

Protexall prides itself on its image, service, quality and
delivery, and has been acclaimed as a national leader in these
categories. They have even provided services to other big
companies to redo their own images.

Protexall products include uniform pants, shirts, jackets and
coveralls.

The pants are made from a polyester/cotton blend twill fabric.
The pants are double stitched at the inseam and custom tailored.
They are bar tacked at stress points for added durability, and
they have "permafirm" waistbands and double hook and eye closures
for a good hold during active work. The permapress that is used
is with an industrial laundry finish that is designed to release
soil.

The shirts are the standard professional collared shirts with
buttons running down the front, but they are fuller cut then most
button-down collar shirts. They come with either buttons or
safety snaps and are all permapress to release soil. The fabric
is polyester/cotton blend and the shirts are available come in
long and short sleeves.

Protexall jackets are designed to match the other Protexall
clothing. They include a waistband that is 1-5/8" (four
centimeters) wide, with elastic side gussets. The front panel has
two pockets that are concealed by the fabric. The cuffs snap into
place and there is a single pocket on the left sleeve. The fabric
is a polyester/cotton twill blend.

The coveralls have a lengthened chest that has been made larger
for today's working man. There are fourteen inch (thirty-six
centimeters) long zipper legs in every style. The insulated
coveralls are lined with eight ounces (two hundred thirty-six ml)
of quilted lining for warmth. These are made for comfort and
protection.

The Protexall Company has been in operation for a very long time
and has updated their clothing line to fit the modern day worker
who needs quality, durable work wear. Their line, while small, is
made to wear well and fit the larger man.
